*********SHIPPING:

The shipping fees will vary on each order and be determined by the weight and size of the package.  We use USPS priority mail for smaller packages or Fedex for larger sized boxes. Orders going to APO's FPO's, ALASKA OR HAWAII May have additional shipping charges added, we will contact you about the charges.



*********RETURNS/REFUNDS:

We accept returns within 30 days from the date of delivery. All items must be returned in original packaging. You must receive authorization from us before returning any items. If you fail to receive authorization prior to sending us a return, your refund may be delayed. Please email us at lasersmith@bellsouth.net for authorization prior to making a return to minimize any delays in receiving your credit. Refunds are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

If your original purchase qualified for FREE shipping or if you paid shipping in full, and you choose to return any part or all of the order, you will be still responsible for both the original cost we incurred to ship the product to you and the costs to send the product back to us.

All refunds will be made to the person/credit card that made the original purchase. NOTE: The cost to ship many of the large items  can be significant, so please be sure the product you order is exactly what you want and the published shipping timeframes meet your needs.



*******ORDER CANCELLATION: You may cancel an order prior to processing and/or shipping. You will be charged a 10% cancellation fee. You must send an email to us at lasersmith@bellsouth.net . Any shipped items that you return are subject to a 15% restocking fee and any shipping costs that we incur, these costs include both the original cost we incurred to ship the product to you and any subsequent costs to ship the product back to us.



NOTE: The cost to personalize and ship many of the items can be significant, so please be sure the product you order is exactly what you want and the published shipping timeframes will work for you. We pride ourselves in our ability to quickly process and ship our orders so please notify us as soon as possible regarding any cancellations or changes to avoid any unnecessary charges.

*******DAMAGED MERCHANDISE Please inspect all packages promtly, any damage must be reported before 10 days for the claim with UPS/Fedex to be made and a new part/item shipped. If an item is damages during shipment, please contact us immediately and save all packing materials at lasersmith@bellsouth.net or call us at 1-800-807-4467.  We cannot process a claim after the 10 day time frame for damage claims. It is your responsiblity to open and inspect all merchandise UPON receipt to insure no damage has occured.
